Giulio Fazio has been Head of the Legal and Corporate Affairs Function since January 1, 2016.

He joined Enel's Legal Function in 1996 and he has served as Head of Extraordinary Finance Operations and Antitrust since 2004. In 2007, he became Head of the Legal Department for Iberia and Latin America, a position he maintained until the acquisition of Endesa was completed.

In October 2008, he became Head of the Legal and Corporate Affairs Function at Enel Green Power. He has served as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs for Italy since 2014.

He received a degree in jurisprudence in Palermo in 1993 and began practicing law in 1996. He received a Ph.D. in business law in 1998, specializing in corporate mergers.

He taught Business Relations at the University of Palermo from 1999 to 2004.

He is a pilot, a volunteer rescue worker for the Red Cross, a musician (guitar and bass), and an Ironman long-distance triathlete.
