Guido Stratta has been Head of People and Organization for the Enel Group since October 1, 2020.

Previously, he was the Group’s Head of People Development and Senior Executives Business Partner, where he dealt with compensation, training, and recruiting.

He joined the Enel Group in 2003, working in various positions in the HRO area until his appointment as Head of Human Resources at Enel Green Power in 2008. Subsequently, during the first phase of intense development in renewables, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Enel.SI, and later of 3SUN, a Group subsidiary working on the development and marketing of distributed generation solutions in the solar and energy efficiency fields. This was prior to taking up his current position in 2014.

He began his professional career in 1988 at the Italgas Group, where he held various positions in the HRO area, including Head of Industrial Relations and Compensation. In 2001, he joined the Wind Group where his various positions included Head of Industrial Relations and Head of Management and Development.

Guido Stratta graduated with honors in law at the University of Turin and obtained his master’s degree with honors in marine biology from the Marche Polytechnic University.
